Further to our blog post on 20 December 2014, Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1382/2014 entered into force on 31 December 2014. The new EU Dual-Use List is set out in Annex I to the regulation, accessible here, replaces the existing Annex I of Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009.
