On 24 March 2015, amendments to the UK Military List came into force to reflect changes to the EU Common Military List following the replacement of Schedule 2 to the Export Control Order 2008 pursuant to The Export Control (Amendment) Order 2015 (S.I. 2015 No: 351). The UK’s Strategic Export Control Lists have also been updated to reflect these changes, which are to entries ML1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 17, 21 and 22 and to the UK national control PL5001. This development is detailed in the UK Export Control Organisation’s Notice to Exporters 2015/15, according to which a separate notice will be published in due course on subsequent change to certain Open General Export Licences.
