The Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) is extending the comment period for the proposed regulations implementing Executive Order 13873, “Securing the Information and Communications Technology and Services Supply Chain,” until January 10, 2020. Commerce is extending the deadline to give interested members of the public additional time to submit comments.  All other information and instructions to commenters provided in the original document remain unchanged.  See our previous blog post here.
