Further to our blog post on 20 December 2014, Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1382/2014 entered into force on 31 December 2014.  The new EU Dual-Use List is set out in Annex I to the regulation, accessible here, replaces the existing Annex I of Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009.

On 15 December 2014, the EU and Ukraine held the first meeting of the Association Council under the new Association Agreement. Please see here for the joint press release that was issued after the meeting.

As many will know, the EU is conducting a review of its export control policy with a view to creating a more integrated EU export control regime ensuring security and a more level playing field (“Review of Export Control Policy”).
