The EU has today, with the publication of Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1275/2014, updated its list of persons who are designated under its sanctions regime against the Democratic Republic of the Congo and published a new consolidated list. This list amends the existing Annex I to Council Regulation (EC) No 1183/2005 (as amended) and is understood to bring the EU designations in line with those made by the United Nations Security Council Committee.
