Earlier today the Council of the European Union published the conclusions of its Foreign Affairs Council meeting on Ukraine. In line with the recent implementation of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014, UK BIS has published a notice that the Export Control Organisation (ECO) has added Russia to the list of non-permitted destinations in a number of export licences.   Please click here to view affected licences.
