Earlier today the Council of the European Union published the conclusions of its Foreign Affairs Council meeting on Ukraine.
The Council indicated that it will continue to monitor and assess the sanctions that have already been imposed and remains ready to consider further restrictions “in light of the evolution of the situation on the ground.”
