Following from the success of our webinar on the recent Russia-Ukraine developments on 3 February, which focused on the various trade and sanctions implications, we are pleased to be hosting two follow-up webinars. Both sessions will be 30 minutes in length and focus specifically on the latest developments and operational considerations on the ground in Ukraine and Russia.
The first 30-minute webinar hosted by our Ukraine experts in Kyiv on Thursday 10 February 16:00 – 16:30 CET will provide a concise overview of the latest developments in this ever evolving situation. The webinar will include discussion on sanctions emanating from Ukraine; practical considerations on protecting business operations including supply chain issues, contractual obligations and litigation, banking, HR risk and cybersecurity; and practical tips and best practice with respect to scenario planning and contingency strategy.
The second 30-minute webinar will be hosted by our Russia experts in Moscow on Tuesday 15 February 16:00 – 16:30 CET, and will provide a concise overview of key considerations and developments for operations in Russia. This will cover the latest developments with respect to potential counter-measures and blocking laws from Russia; the practical impact of potential new international sanctions including impact on contractual obligations; litigation risks, banking considerations and funds flows; as well as practical considerations in protecting business operations and best practice with respect to scenario planning.
