The UK Government’s updated guidance on the process of monetary penalties for breaches of financial sanctions took effect from 1 April 2021.
Any breaches reported to the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) on or after 1 April 2021 shall be assessed under the new framework.
